Way of travelling: Hovering
Why?: Roads narrower -> more traffic jams
Solution:

Make it hovering so that not every car will be crowding on the road. When in the air, they can still follow the traffic accordingly.
Hovering car with no foldable sides:
Problems:

Buildings would be too tall & cars would probably have to squeeze through the buildings anyway.

Cars would have to go way higher up -> roads won’t be seen & result in harder navigation

For customers to take a seat while waiting for someone etc.

Transition To 2050
This area is where the customers experience what my vision of the future is like with the buildings at the side. In the future the buildings would be closer together which could be claustrophobic.
Upon entering: The door will close behind them & the fog starts coming in
Feelings: Slightly claustrophobic
The closed door, close buildings as well as the fog blocking their visuals should evoke a sense of claustrophobia by making them feel trapped.

AR Area
This whole area is where the customers can play with the AR & customise a car.
How it works:
Customer scans the QR on the screen, points the camera at the colours/tires etc. on the wall & click on whichever colour or tire to equip it.
On their screen, the car will change according to what they click on. Once done, customers can change the background & save the image & if they want, they can upload the car design on the black screen!

Interaction Area
This is where users can interact with the automobile i’ve designed.
1st interaction:
There will a red button that customers can press. When pressed, the walls that look like buildings will move in closer towards each other.
Customers will then see how the sides of the car folds in as it detects the distance between itself & the narrower walls.
2nd interaction:
There will be a steering wheel in front of the car. Customers can turn the wheel which turns the circular platform. They can then see a 360 view of the car while feeling like they are driving which would feel quite fun for them.




Inspiration
Interest Area
This is where the customers will take a seat to enquire more about the automobile with the staff. The car would be in the centre & in view for everyone.
Cafe:
There is a cafe located nearby the seats for staff to get a complimentary drink for interested customers.
Specs corner:
Near the seats will also be a specs corner where it will show customers a better overview of the automobiles specs & design
